Checklist Maintenance

We offer a full A/C or Heating tune-up for only $79 dollars a system. Besides a 20 point inspection, our tune-ups include:

  • Thermostat inspection
  • Dusting and tightening of electrical compartments and connections
  • Oil any motors with ports
  • Check Freon pressures
  • Clean condenser coil
  • Inspect evaporator coil
